How to sign up
- Your organization’s administrator adds your mobile number to your Sentinel Push-to-Talk user profile.
- From that phone, text ALERTS to (251) 360-4788.
- You get a reply describing the alerts, with links to the terms and privacy policy. Reply YES to confirm.
- You get a confirmation text. Alerts start from then on.
What you will receive
A text when a coworker’s panic alarm, man down alert or missed lone worker check-in is not acknowledged by dispatch. Each text names the person, the alert type, the time and an approximate location. No marketing. These texts supplement your organization’s dispatch procedures and are not a substitute for calling 911.
Frequency, cost and stopping
Message frequency varies; texts are sent only when an emergency goes unacknowledged. Message and data rates may apply.
