This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services, devices, software, and network infrastructure provided by Sentinel Push-to-Talk ("Sentinel," "we," "our," or "us"). By activating, accessing, or using Sentinel PTT services, you ("Customer," "user," or "organization") agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without prior notice.
Sentinel PTT services are intended for lawful, legitimate business communications. Permitted uses include:
You may not use Sentinel PTT services for any of the following:
Illegal activity: Transmitting, distributing, or facilitating content that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law - including but not limited to laws governing harassment, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, wiretapping, or the interception of communications.
Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Sentinel's network infrastructure, servers, dispatch systems, or other customers' accounts. This includes probing, scanning, penetration testing, or exploiting vulnerabilities without prior written authorization from Sentinel.
Network interference: Taking any action that degrades, disrupts, or overloads the Sentinel network or the underlying AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon carrier networks, including transmitting malware, running automated bots, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
Fraudulent activity: Using the service to commit fraud, impersonate another person or organization, or transmit misleading or deceptive content.
Resale without authorization:Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Sentinel PTT services to third parties without a written reseller or partner agreement with Sentinel.
Harmful content: Using the service to transmit threats, harassment, obscene material, or content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
Excessive or abusive usage: Using the service in a manner inconsistent with normal business communications in a way that disproportionately burdens network resources or interferes with other customers' service quality.
Where your account includes GPS tracking features, you agree to:
Sentinel is not responsible for an organization's failure to comply with applicable employment or privacy laws governing employee monitoring.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
Sentinel-provisioned or Sentinel-compatible devices must be used only in accordance with applicable regulations, including FCC rules where relevant. You agree not to:
Sentinel PTT services operate over commercial LTE/5G networks and are not a certified replacement for public safety-grade communications systems (e.g., P25, FirstNet mission-critical PTT). Organizations in public safety should evaluate their operational requirements and applicable regulations before deploying Sentinel PTT as a primary communications tool for life-safety operations.
Sentinel reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Upon finding a violation, Sentinel may, at its sole discretion:
Sentinel will not be liable for any damages arising from enforcement actions taken in good faith under this policy.

Sentinel may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify active customers of material changes via email or account notification. Continued use of Sentinel PTT services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
